What's included
Every booking comes with this
You bring the decorations, the food and the guests. None of the below costs extra.
Tables and chairs
Round tables and 200 gold chiavari chairs, one for every guest. Linen isn't provided.
Sound system
DJ-ready. Your DJ brings the music and plugs straight in.
Lighting system
Stage lights over the whole floor, set to one or two colors you pick.

Up to 5 hours of party. The rest is for your vendors to set up and clean up.

The terms
- 50% holds your date. The rest is due 30 days before the party.
- A $500 security deposit, returned after the party if nothing is damaged.
- If you cancel, the date payment and the deposit are not refunded. Cancel within 30 days of the party and the full total is owed.
- Changes are allowed up to 90 days before, for $1,250.
- The rental agreement lets RRB film your event.

On a three-day weekend, Sunday is charged at the Saturday rate. Need longer? Extra party hours are $695 each and extra setup hours $250.

Lighting and sound
You won't need to rent any
The lights are hung over the whole floor. We set them to one or two colors you choose. If you want uplights, tube lights and effects running through the night, add the custom lighting package and a lighting designer handles it.
The sound system covers the room. Your DJ plugs in. One of our reviewers said it was like being at a concert, which is about right.
The hall is 102 by 33 feet, with a wood floor and a mirrored wall at one end that makes it look bigger still. Upstairs there's an 867 sq ft room with a balcony over the hall, if you want a lounge or somewhere to get ready.

What people ask us
How long do we get the venue?
9 hours of the whole venue, and up to 5 of those hours are your event. The rest is for your vendors to set up before and clean up after. An extra event hour is $695 and an extra setup hour is $250.
How many guests can we have?
Up to 200. Your final guest count is due 7 days before the event.
What does it cost?
Friday $3,995, Saturday $4,995, Sunday $2,995, for 9 hours of the whole venue and up to 200 guests. A Sunday on a three-day weekend is charged at the Saturday rate. For a Monday to Thursday event, ask us on your walkthrough. Add-ons are priced on the pricing page.
What comes with the venue?
Round tables and 200 gold chiavari chairs, the DJ-ready sound system and the venue lighting system, plus the whole main hall, the lobby and the restrooms for 9 hours. The upstairs room and balcony are an add-on.
Can we upgrade the chairs?
Yes. Clear chiavari chairs replace the gold ones for $3 a chair, up to 150 chairs. Past that, the rest of your 200 chairs stay gold.
Can we bring our own food or caterer?
Yes. Bring the caterer you like, or your family's cooking.
Can we serve alcohol?
Yes, poured by a licensed and insured bartender that you hire.
How do payments work?
50% of your total locks your date. The other 50% is due 30 days before your event. Payment plans are available.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, $500. It is paid before the event and returned after it when there is no damage.
Can we decorate?
Yes. Balloon walls, backdrops, florals and draping all go up during your setup hours. Ask us about confetti, haze and open flames before you plan them.
Is my date open?
We answer that on your walkthrough, with the calendar in front of us. Book a walkthrough and our team gets in touch to set a time.
